Perth Hills Spring Festival: art and craft lovers heading for the Hills in October

Lynn GriersonHills Avon Valley Gazette

Our Studio in the Hills has affordable art and gifts on sale this weekend as part of the Perth Hills Spring Festival.

The St Barnabas Anglican Church art group will display their wares inside the Kalamunda church hall from 10am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.

The Rev John Ward, a member of the group, created a wire pygmy possum for the group’s silent auction to benefit the Kanyana Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre in Lesmurdie.

Organiser Teresa Thomas said the event would include décor pieces in ceramics, glass, mosaics, wood and original paintings.
