POLICE are investigating a series of violent incidents in Perth last Monday, October 21, which they believe could be linked.

They demanded that the male victim hand over his phone.

When he declined a man punched both victims to the face before the group left the area in a vehicle.

Shortly after, along the same route, a woman aged in her 20s was driving with two friends.

As they passed a parked vehicle, a passenger pointed an item at them that appeared to be a handgun.

The vehicle then followed the victims to Scott Street and was last seen on Coongan Avenue in Greenmount.

Later the same day, at approximately 12.30pm, a man aged in his fifties returned to his vehicle that was parked on the verge near the intersection of Peachy Road and National Park Road in Swan View.

A unknown male approached and punched the victim before demanding his car keys.

The male entered the victim’s car and attempted to start it before getting out and leaving in a small sedan.

Detectives are appealing for anyone that may have witnessed these incidents, or saw suspicious people/vehicles and may have any dash cam footage in these areas at the time to contact Crime Stoppers.
