Water Minister Mia Davies said the outstanding achievement illustrated the commitment of the community to adapt their everyday behaviour to save the precious resource.
“Over the past 14 years, average annual per person water use in Perth has dropped by a staggering 34 per cent, to 126,000 litres in 2014-15,” Ms Davies said.
The Minister said the through the Water Corporation, the State Government worked with households, businesses and industry to reduce water use.
