Lynn GriersonHills Avon Valley Gazette

Officers from several units tracked the vehicle on the ground and with a police plane, intercepting the car in Railway Road near Stirk Street at 11.15am last Friday.

Officers fought the flames until firefighters arrived.

Earlier in the pursuit across south-eastern suburbs, a police stinger damaged the tyres of the car, allegedly stolen overnight in Gosnells.
