Sculpture by the Sea: Award-winning Gooseberry Hill artist Johannes Pannekoek’s work overlooks Cottesloe

GOOSEBERRY Hill artist and Sculpture by the Sea Bondi winner Johannes Pannekoek is represented at this year’s Cottesloe equivalent with Change Ahead II.

It’s one of seven smaller scale works he did associated with his $60,000 winning Change Ahead for Bondi in October.

“It’s in a good position at Cottesloe and looks particularly good at sunset,” Pannekoek told the Reporter.

He was also represented at the recent Sculpture at Bathers in Fremantle with a piece titled Signature.

The 13th annual Sculpture by the Sea Cottesloe runs until March 20.
