About 100 to 150 people were fighting and drinking alcohol near the intersection of Nandup Retreat and Wilgie Gardens in Swan View.
Officers reported some people in the crowd threw projectiles and damaged a police car.
Regional Operations Group and canine police teams cleared the streets, with local officers following the youths until they dispersed about 1am.
