A TRUCK breakdown has wreaked havoc for morning commuters in Perth’s east this morning.
Just before 8am this morning, the truck broke down on the Roe Highway near Kalamunda Road in High Wycombe.
The breakdown caused the right turning pocket from the highway onto Kalamunda Road to be blocked, creating congestion for local drivers.
