Hills lifestyle on offer at Harmony in Parkerville

Staff WriterHills Avon Valley Gazette

BUYERS looking to enjoy a Hills lifestyle at Harmony in Parkerville have a limited opportunity, with only 20 sites left at the boutique development.

“The Perth Hills are one of Perth’s best kept secrets and once people discover the place, they are reluctant to leave,” Cuttone Property Group’s Phil Cuttone said.

“The challenge for people wanting to remain in the area is that the existing housing stock is quite old, lots of 1970s homes that don’t always suit the way families live today.

“But if you want to build a new home, it can be hard to find a block that is well located, build ready and with water and power connected.

“Mostly you have to buy a patch of land and do all the preparatory work yourself before you can even start thinking about building. At Harmony, all that work has been done for you.”

The home sites range from 2001sq m to 2133sq m and will have water and power connected, building envelopes cleared, post and wire fencing, and a 10,000 litre rainwater tank.

Mr Cuttone said purchasers were drawn to the natural beauty of the location.

“We have been really careful with Harmony to retain as much of the existing natural environment as possible,” he said.

It is also close to schools with Parkerville Primary School, Silver Tree Steiner School and Mundaring Christian College a bike ride away.

The remaining home sites are priced from $280,000.

Harmony also includes two 1.2ha rural lifestyle lots that will be released for sale later this year.
