PLUNKETT Homes understands the unique requirements needed for building homes in the country.

Right from when you make an offer on your block of land, someone from the Plunkett team will visit you at the site to provide advice such as where on the block is the best part to build.

Plunkett can also carry out surveys, provide engineers’ soil condition reports and BAL (bushfire) assessment for the block of land to provide detailed and accurate costs.

When designing your home, it is important to build to suit your lifestyle such as considering space for visiting family and friends, maximising any views and following a solar passive design to reduce energy costs.

Plunkett Homes knows what is required for earthworks, sand pads, cut and fill and retaining, understands how the different soil types can require specific footing/slab and brickwork upgrades and is aware of the impact long distances from power supplies to the building area can have on cable costs and supply considerations.

You can be assured that Plunkett’s assessment is specific to your block and home and covers everything required in the build.
