Named Footy Champs, the program is aimed at children of all abilities who may not fit into a mainstream team.
Footy Champs coaching co-ordinator Floyd Sullivan said the 10-week program was open for kids aged 6-16 to be involved in skill development drills and modified games.
The program is about creating an opportunity for all kids to be part of AFL and a club community, while learning about the game in a fun and safe environment, he said.
Typically the program is for kids who have varying levels of intellectual disabilities such as autism.
But we cater for everyone and finetune our programs to suit.
The program started last month at Scott Street Reserve in High Wycombe. Contact Floyd Sullivan: 0487 776 022, or email fsullivan@|alosca.com.au.
