With Mitch Norton unfortunately succumbing to an injury, players were asked to fill the void and embrace the challenge.

Clint Steindl was simply sensational, Nick Kay emphasised why he should be in the conversation for the All-NBL First Team and again it was on display that defence will factor into winning a championship.

We can generate points from our defence; it leads to transition buckets, energy levels are high and everything is flowing.

Friday night at RAC Arena we face a determined and fired up Illawarra Hawks outfit who beat us last time we played.

As a team we want to lock up playoff spots and then aim for top 2.

With only four games remaining it’s important we continue building momentum as we enter the back end of the season.
