“We are excited to commence construction on this exciting project that will bring premium apartment living to this northern coastal area of Perth,” Mr Alcock said.

“One Iluka Beach caters for buyers who want a low maintenance, beachside lifestyle, built and designed to the highest quality.”

Designed by DMG Architecture with the owner-occupier in mind, Mr Kelly said buyers were seeking an alternative luxury housing option not yet seen in Iluka.

“With over 55 per cent of the project sold to local owner-occupiers, buyers have been drawn to the development due to the proximity to the coast, cycle and walking path, beach walks and modern design,” he said.

“The new retail and café amenity at the soon to open Iluka Plaza will complement the existing local cafés and shops and has also been a major drawcard.

“This is the first apartment project in the area and the feedback from over 350 enquirers has been very positive.”

Only two and three-bedroom apartments remain, starting from $540,000.
