A HILLARYS physiotherapy clinic wants to inspire and motivate the local community to have a healthy and happy Christmas.
Live Well Physio is hosting a Christmas Health and Wellness Expo this Saturday from 12.30pm to 4.30pm at Hillarys Shopping Centre.
It will include free physio and massage, martial arts demonstrations, pilates classes, posture and blood pressure checks, pelvic floor screening, naturopath consultations, raw foods and health, beauty and fitness stalls as well as a bouncy castle and free face painting for the kids.
There will also be two health talks: New Year’s Running Resolutions from 2pm to 2.45pm and Happy, Healthy Christmas: A How To from 2.45pm to 3.30pm.
“Our mission is to inspire people to make positive changes to their health and in doing so we have joined forces with other local businesses on the same mission,” principal physiotherapist Caroline Shaw said.
“Our motivation is around doing our part to spread the health message in our local community and provide a venue where our community can access trusted health advice.
“The expo will give our community access to free health services as well as a one-stop shop to buy healthy Christmas gifts.”
The expo is also part of the clinic’s 10th anniversary celebrations.
