Located on the corner of Marmion and Banks avenues and opposite Westfield Whitford City Shopping Centre, the centre includes Western Kids Health, Plus Fitness 24/7, Nido Early School, a medical centre, pharmacy and Proactive Physiotherapy and Pilates, which is the latest secured tenant.

Proactive Physiotherapy will offer a range of rehabilitation services including clinical pilates, remedial massage and hydrotherapy and is due to open early next year.

Construction of the complex, which was designed by DMG Architecture, was completed within 13 months.

This followed announcement from Barwon Investment Partners to expand its healthcare real estate portfolio, committing to acquire the purpose-built facility and funding the $20.5 million development delivered by AGEM Property Group.

“Hillarys Plaza has gained significant interest, locally and nationally, since its inception, with all anchor tenants secured prior to construction commencing,” AGEM managing director Adrian Fiore said.

“It is great to see our vision for the centre come to fruition and open its doors to the local community to take advantage of the great amenities provided by our secured tenants.”

With the centre more than 70 per cent leased, only final tenancies remain available for a café, allied health consulting and office space.
