More tenants announced for Hillarys Plaza

TWO more tenants have been announced for Hillarys Plaza.

Pharmacy 777 and Western Kids Health have secured places at the two-storey centre on the corner of Marmion and Banks avenues, opposite Westfield Whitford City shopping centre, which will specialise in health services.

They will join the Plus Fitness 24/7 gym and Nido Early Learning School childcare centre already contracted.

This will be Western Kids Health’s third clinic, offering services to children who need physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychological and dietetic services, along with yoga, art and hydrotherapy classes.

The Pharmacy 777 Group was established in WA more than 55 years ago, operating more than 35 pharmacies.

The centre is currently under construction by AGEM Property Group and is due for completion in November.

It more than 65 per cent secured with remaining spaces available for food and beverage, allied health consulting and office space.
