CARLY Cahill’s success selling clothing online has led to her establishing a physical store in Joondalup.

She founded online clothing store Caasi Boutique in early 2018 when she was on maternity leave with her first child.

Support from Lakeside Joondalup shopping centre has helped the business move from purely online to a bricks and mortar store.

Lendlease Retail’s pop-up team has been working to attract and incubate pure online retailers into stores.

After less than a year in business, Lendlease offered Caasi Boutique a rack in the shopping centre’s The Market Hub, an initiative that brings together up-and-coming Perth fashion and lifestyle brands.

Ms Cahill has since opened a physical store in the centre, which has generated an average of $12,000 per week in sales since December.
