Program to empower businesswomen

EMPOWERING women in leadership is on the agenda at a two-day conference next month.

The GRG Conscious Self Leadership program will be held at the Quality Sorrento Beach Resort, in association with the Joondalup Business Association, on September 12 and 13.

GRG Consulting partner Geraldine Reilly said she was pleased to offer the program to all women working in WA, having previously worked with women in mining, WA Police and the education sector.

She said it would offer “very specific and fresh self leadership development for women” including insights from a range of guest speakers.

“It’s experiential content design, which supports women to bring more of themselves as women to empower their work and lives, is the reason it has such a high success rate with participants, many of who have positive life-changing transformations,” she said.

Topics covered will include discovering your inner feminine and masculine resources, building a personal brand and strategic life plan, learning tools of practical mindfulness and balanced wellbeing, and finding a voice to overcome things that hold you back.

Cost is $875, with a 10 per cent discount for Times readers, which includes morning tea and lunch on both days.
