FRINGE World Festival will head north in February, with Prendiville Catholic College hosting four shows over five days.
The Ocean Reef school said it was proud to make its Redmond theatre available for Matt Hale, Cirque Africa, DivaLicious and Vivir from February 5 to 9.
“It has taken us three years to crack the Fringe market in Perth’s north and we are excited to welcome the festival,” theatre manager Ben Collins said.

Setting the scene for the venue by hosting two shows at the venue during last year’s festival, comedy hypnotist Matt Hale will return on February 8 and 9 with his new show Random Acts of Mindness.
The feel-good show will see Hale hypnotise volunteers from the audience with hilarious consequences.
Hale is the winner of three national comedy awards and has hypnotised people around the world.
Following a sold-out season at The Regal in 2019, Cirque Africa returns bigger and better this year, and with additional shows in the northern suburbs from February 5 to 9.
The family friendly cultural experience is a vibrant production that transports the audience to Africa with a world-renowned troupe performing feats of acrobatics, contortion, dancing, and music combined with stunning colourful costumes and comedy.
DivaLicious stars comic sopranos Penny Shaw and Fiona Cooper Smyth who met as members of West Australian Opera and formed the duo that went on to be finalists on Australia’s Got Talent in 2012.
Their latest cabaret show Defying Gravity sees the comic cougars, along with their band, explore the dubious joys of being “midults” in a world that worships youthful beauty.
Shows will run at Redmond Theatre on February 7 and 8.
Ancient secrets will be explored with a new interpretation of the art of flamenco when Vivir: Flamenco Guitar and Dance combines traditional styles with contemporary flavours.
Vivir has been developed in the studios of Madrid by Aylin Eleonora who fell in love with flamenco and wishes to expand the possibilities of her chosen artform.
It will be presented in Redmond Theatre’s smaller space The Studio on February 9.
