Greenwood musician Alex Arpino to launch debut album at The Sewing Room

GREENWOOD musician Alex Arpino will launch his self-tilted debut album at The Sewing Room on September 1.

Arpino has had a rich history in Perth music with a decade fronting indie pop band The Autumn Isles.

Now his solo escapade and debut record showcases not only his songwriter prowess but his skills as a producer.

Written and recorded in his studio, Arpino handles all instrumental and vocal duties, with help from The Sleepy Jackson’s Malcolm Clark on drums, and has pieced together a set of songs balancing the line between new wave and psych pop.
