10 Woodvale PS students excel at Australian Mathematics Competition

TEN Woodvale Primary School students from years 4 to 6 have achieved outstanding results in the annual Australian Mathematics Competition.

Lily Ruthven received a high distinction while Matthew Roberts and Summer Glassey received distinctions.

Credits were awarded to Hamish Collins, Alex Feng, Matilda Jones, Jerrick Wang, Rory Breen, Jonathon Charlesworth and James Carter.

“These students worked very hard to prepare for the tests and should be proud of their results,” principal Neil McCallum said.

“The results follow a long tradition of students who have achieved excellent results in the competition in recent years.”
