Annual Currambine Joondalup Art and Craft Show a fun weekend

THE annual Currambine Joondalup Art and Craft Show will open at Currambine Primary School on Friday.

The school’s major fundraising activity runs over the weekend and also includes two days of children’s activities and a family fun day on Sunday.

Many Perth contemporary artists will be exhibiting a selection of their recent works, along with this year’s guest artist Karen Frankel.

Students are also producing work for the show, with 850 of their pieces up for grabs.

The exhibition opens from 7.30pm on Friday, with tickets costing $25 and available at the door or by calling 9304 0011.

The exhibition and kids activities run from 10am to 4pm on Saturday and the exhibition, kids activities and family fun day runs 10am to 4pm on Sunday.

The school is located at 28 Ambassador Drive.
