SEVEN two-storey grouped dwellings have been proposed for a site in Craigie.

The City of Joondalup is seeking feedback on the planning application for 248 Camberwarra Drive.

It comprises seven grouped dwellings, each with three bedrooms, an alfresco area and undercroft garage.

The proposal is seeking discretions in on-site visitor car parking, lot boundary wall length and setbacks, aggregate crossover width, and open space.
