AQWA’s new sharks a fin addition

During Shark Month in July, each shark’s talents and features will be on show.

Visitors can discover which species is nervous around people and which can dive to more than 400m.

The month also includes free shark-themed kids’ crafts and story time, documentary screenings and bonus Ocean Guide talks.

Kids can dig for shark teeth on International Shark Awareness Day on July 14 and that night those aged 7-12 can sleep over with the creatures.
