A MAN has been charged for allegedly encouraging his girlfriend’s seven-year-old son to perform an indecent act and then photographing it in Banksia Grove.
Police allege the 34-year-old man was left in care of the child when the incident happened on July 2.
Investigators charged him with the offences of aggravated indecent dealing with a child under 13 and aggravated indecent recording of a child under 13.
