Belridge Secondary Education Support Centre school garden wins Wanneroo Show trophy

GREEN fingers earned Beldon growers a golden award recently.

Belridge Secondary Education Support Centre won the school garden category at this year’s Wanneroo Show.

Show committee member Meg Birch visited the school on December 12 to present the trophy named after her family and $50 prize.

She said the entry, submitted by teacher Pauline Hull, was judged the best display “hands down”, showcasing plants from the garden and its journey to fruition.
