Big night for alcohol and chips thief

A MAN is believed to have taken advantage of busy staff to steal alcohol and chips.

About 9.40pm on Saturday, October 27, a man and two women entered a liquor store on Warwick Road in Greenwood.

The man selected two large bottles of spirits and a packet of chips and when staff were busy, he walked out of the store without paying.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to help them with their investigation.

He is described as 20-25 years old and light skinned with short dark hair and a moustache.

He was wearing a dark coloured Everlast singlet.
