The Burns Beach Residents Association will host Carols by Floodlight at Bramston Park.

FESTIVE celebrations will include Carols by Floodlight in Burns Beach this month.

The Burns Beach Residents Association put their own spin on a classic Christmas tradition for the December 15 event at Bramston Park.

Organisers are encouraging families to bring picnic blankets, baskets of food and their best singing voices to the event, with the first carol to start about 7pm.

Peet managing director and chief executive Brendan Gore said the festive season was a great time of year to come together with friends, family and neighbours.

“The Burns Beach Residents Association has a fantastic event planned,” he said.

“We are pleased to be able to support the important work they do in the community.”

Gemma Luxton will MC the evening, with students from Gemstar Academy, Indian Blue Chorus and a brass ensemble on the line-up set to entertain guests and Santa expected to visit.
