California Pizza Kitchen to replace Jetty’s Restaurant at Hillarys Boat Harbour

THE secret is out on what will replace Jetty’s Restaurant at Hillarys Boat Harbour.

American pizza and pasta franchise California Pizza Kitchen is expected to open its doors in September.

Though sources have remained tight-lipped about who would replace the 23-year-old restaurant, the Times has stumbled across an advertisement on Seek.

“The very first Australian California Pizza Kitchen is opening in Hillarys Boat Harbour in September 2016 (subject to final opening date),” it said.

“We are seeking a front of house manager to be part of our dream team for the official opening and beyond.”

California Pizza Kitchen first opened in Beverly Hills in 1985, specialising in hearth-baked pizzas cooked in an open kitchen.

It is now approaching 300 restaurants in 16 countries worldwide.

Jetty’s Restaurant announced in February it would close its doors in April so owners Mark and Maria Dau could spend more time with their family.
