Laura PondJoondalup Times

POLICE have released the image of a man they want to speak to regarding the robbery of a woman with disabilities in Carine last week.

Mirrabooka Detectives are investigating the January 18 incident where a woman was pushed from her mobility bicycle and had her handbag stolen by two men at Carine Open Space.

The woman’s iPad was in the handbag and it is her only means of communication as she cannot speak.
