A CHILDCARE centre has been proposed for Joondalup Gate to replace Impression Furniture.
The proposal at 57 Joondalup Drive, Edgewater, includes changing the land use from showroom to childcare premises, with the centre to operate from 6.30am to 7pm and have a capacity of 120 children.
The City of Joondalup is assessing the planning application from Playful Learners.
