City of Joondalup seeking feedback on Mullaloo Plaza Shopping Centre proposed upgrades

PROPOSED upgrades to the Mullaloo Plaza Shopping Centre are currently out for public comment.

They include extension of the existing supermarket and relocation of the loading dock, amalgamations and extensions of existing tenancies including the addition of a second storey, a children’s play area, alfresco area and a plaza.

It is also proposed to reconfigure the carpark and landscaped areas, upgrade the centre façade including a feature screen and canopy and new signage.

The applicant is requesting discretions with no building setback on the eastern boundary and a 10m high sign with no setback to the Koorana Street boundary.
