City of Joondalup seeking feedback on units proposed for Duncraig

DEVELOPER Zegna is looking to build another set of apartments in Duncraig, with an application currently being assessed by the City of Joondalup.

Following its 10-unit development at 6 Argyll Place, it is now proposing seven units at number 15, including three storeys in part of the development.

The site is 724sq m, with each unit proposed to be 75sq m and a proposed 325sq m, or 45 per cent, open space.

It also proposes 17 parking bays, of which 14 are on site for residents and two on site and one off site for visitors.

Discretions being sought are in the areas of visitor parking, setbacks, open space and crossover width.

The City is seeking feedback on the proposal until January 30.
