THE City of Joondalup is seeking feedback on two proposals for apartments on neighbouring lots in Duncraig.

Community consultation has opened for applications for five multiple dwellings each at 537 and 539 Beach Road.

The two-storey developments also include 10 residential parking bays.

For both proposals, the applicant is seeking discretion for increased plot ratio and filling of land between the street and building to the proposed courtyards and reduced boundary setbacks, open space and landscaping.
