Six units proposed for Kallaroo
THE City of Joondalup is seeking feedback on a proposal for six units in Kallaroo.
In June, the City received an application for the two-storey development at 4 Cromer Grove but the City failed to assess it in time.

The plans are now being advertised for consultation.
The applicant is seeking discretion in the areas of plot ratio, building height, boundary setbacks, open space, site works, retaining walls and verge trees.
Submissions can be made via firstname.lastname@example.org or PO Box 21, Joondalup WA 6919 before November 9.
