Under the City’s district planning scheme, the proposal exceeds the height limit by two storeys and has a carpark shortfall of 11 bays.

The City is calling for feedback on the proposal.

Plans can be viewed at www.joondalup.wa.gov.au or at the City’s administration building, with submissions closing on February 27.

The State Government’s development assessment panel will then assess the application and make the final decision.
