Burns Beach-based Jacques Design Studio has submitted an application for a four-storey building with undercroft car parking at 62 Banks Avenue.

READ NOWThis will include four commercial tenancies on the ground and first floor, eight apartments with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom dwellings, and a roof terrace and garden.
It also proposes 19 on-site car bays, with nine for residents, two for visitors and eight for commercial use, and a single vehicle access point from Banks Avenue.
The applicant is seeking discretions in the areas of building and floor-to-floor heights, plot ratio and the rear boundary setback.
The City of Joondalup is seeking feedback on the proposal until January 30.
