Community invited to comment on Burns Beach restaurant proposal

THE community is invited to have its say on plans for a coastal restaurant for Burns Beach.

The proposed development at Beachside Park would include a single-storey restaurant with a mix of indoor and outdoor dining areas to cater for a maximum of 163 customers as well as 30 on-street car bays on Beachside Drive and Grand Ocean Entrance.

The City of Joondalup is calling for submissions before April 5 by emailing info@joondalup.wa.gov.au or writing to PO Box 21, Joondalup WA 6919.

The plans are available at www.joondalup.wa.gov.au or at the City’s administration building.

Feedback will be presented to the council at a future date.
