Craigie: armed robber holds up chemist

AN armed robber was believed to have been carrying a gun when he held up a Craigie chemist today.

Police said the offender entered the Eddystone Avenue outlet about 12.30pm while a second man waited outside.

The assailant threatened staff, while demanding cash and prescription medication.

Both men were seen running from the scene.
