Craigie credit card fraud investigated

POLICE are investigating the use of a credit card used to fraudulently buy items several times in the Craigie area.

The card owner was shopping in the Hillarys area on the evening of Thursday, October 25 and when she went to get her purse the next morning, she could not find it.

It is believe the purse was lost or stolen while shopping.

She contacted her bank, which informed her of the fraudulent activity.

Police have now released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe may be able to help them with their investigation.

She is described as being about 20 years old and of medium build with long brown hair.

She was wearing a dark hooded top.

People can remain anonymous and rewards are available once charges are laid.
