LANDCORP has called for offers on the last two developer lots at its The Rise estate in Craigie.
The Currajong Crescent lots are zoned R60 and sized from 1529sq m.
LandCorp chief operations officer Dean Mudford said the development at the former Camberwarra Primary School site had proved popular.
“More than 90 per cent of the estate has sold since first being offered to the market in November,” he said.
