THE development of an Aldi store in Currambine has progressed with the City of Joondalup receiving an application.
The proposal at 86 Delamere Avenue includes a single-storey shop with offices on the second floor, carpark with 99 bays and landscaping of the site and verge.
The City is calling for feedback on the proposed development before February 27.

The Government’s Development Assessment Panel will then assess the application and make the final decision.
Last February, the Joondalup council supported an amendment to its district planning scheme to allow a shop to be developed at the business-zoned site.
Aldi then bought the site in Ocotber.
