THE Metro North-West Development Assessment Panel has approved changes to a $6 million apartment block in Iluka.
The panel conditionally approved changes to plans for 11 Mykonos View in late February, including reducing the number of apartments from 24 to 23 and minor changes to the facade.
Three panel members supported an amended recommendation to approve changes to the 2019 approval, which also included removing a visitor parking bay, allowing clothes drying facilities in screened areas, and installing visually permeable street fence panels.
