Governor Kerry Sanderson hosted a morning tea in February to meet participants, including the Target state general manager.

The program is for high-potential leaders who are already in leadership positions and display a strong commitment to community engagement.

Diversity is an important part of the ethos of the Leadership WA program, with program participants coming from all sectors including the government, corporate and not-for-profit sectors.
