The 17-year-old from Edgewater, who was crowned Miss Teen Galaxy Australia last year, will wear a Dior couture gown worn by Nicole Kidman at the 2011 Oscars.

Valued at more than $27,000, the dress will be up for auction at the Colosoul Group charity ball being held at Perth Town Hall on Saturday.

The dress is in ‘as new’ condition and comes with the original sales receipt and a certificate of authenticity.

“I feel privileged as an actor to be wearing Nicole Kidman’s dress,” Olivia said.

“I absolutely love the intricate detail on the front of the dress; the beading is just gorgeous.

“It is very easy to see that a lot of hard work and dedication has gone into creating something so beautiful.”

She said she was very happy to be helping “such an amazing cause”.

Colosoul Group is a not-for-profit youth volunteer organisation that supports young Australians aged 13 to 25.

The ball is designed to raise awareness about its youth mentorship program, which has helped thousands of youths gain hands-on experience in the media and arts industry.

Founder and chief executive Tricia Ray said she was “deeply grateful to John-Alex, of Reworked man woman, for his extraordinary generosity in donating the dress”.

“Auctioning this donation will help raise much needed funds for our fast-growing organisation and to move to newer, more suitable premises,” she said.
