ECU Joondalup PhD student Marcin Lipski is looking for participants to take part in his exercise research.
His project looks at getting people fitter and stronger through less than an hour of exercise a week, with participants invited to do a 10-week training program.
It would require people to exercise twice a week for 10-20 minutes for eight weeks. “Currently, we are looking for healthy male participants,” he said.
Mr Lipski said they would perform a whole body DEXA scan to look at body composition, calculating how much body fat, muscle mass and water participants have.
