The City of Joondalup has received an application for 14 dwellings across 7 and 56 Tuart Trail.

A second 14-unit development proposed for Edgewater will come before the Joondalup council on Tuesday.
Officers have recommended the apartments across 1 and 3 Chipala Court be refused.
