Edgewater man (35) charged over alleged indecent assault in Marmion

JOONDALUP Detectives have charged a 35-year-old Edgewater man following investigations into an alleged indecent assault at a Marmion business.

Last October the man allegedly indecently assaulted a woman in her 20s during a natural therapy consultation.

It was further alleged he accessed the woman’s phone without permission.

The man has been charged with indecent assault and unlawful access to a computer.

He is due to appear before the Joondalup Magistrates Court on April 4.

The investigation is ongoing.
