RESIDENTS with children aged one to four years old living in the City of Wanneroo can now access the meningococcal ACWY vaccine for free at local immunisation clinics.
The vaccine was added to the WA vaccination schedule after reports of the disease doubled in 2017 compared to 2016.
The City’s Health Services team provides the monthly immunisation service at clinics, plus the meningococcal ACWY vaccine was added to Year 10 school vaccination program.
