RESIDENTS with children aged one to four years old living in the City of Wanneroo can now access the meningococcal ACWY vaccine for free at local immunisation clinics.

The vaccine has been added to the WA Vaccination Schedule for 2018 after cases of the disease doubled in 2017 compared to 2016.

The City’s Health Services team provides a free immunisation service, with clinics held every month throughout the year in Wanneroo and Merriwa.
