Laura PondJoondalup Times

STUDENTS from a Greenwood school got their hands dirty and tasted secret recipes when they visited a dairy factory.

About 60 Year 3 students from Liwara Catholic Primary School toured the Brownes Dairy facility in Balcatta, where they made curds and whey, milked cows and experimented with yoghurt.

Teacher Paula Dawe said a highlight was when they tasted tested yoghurt.
