Police first charged the accused on March 18 in relation to burglaries and two car thefts in Mindarie and Clarkson. On one occasion, he allegedly broke into Mindarie Primary School.
He was granted bail, but arrested again on March 22. Police allege he breached his bail and a stole a car in that time.
Officers have charged him with three vehicle thefts, four thefts and three burglaries.
